Intended Use:
InferRead CT Pneumonia reads chest CT DICOM images from medical imaging storage devices and triages cases by detecting pneumonia lesions and then flagging suspected cases in the study list. It also provides functions in segmentation, quantification and the analysis of the volume and density of lesions. It has the follow-up function which assists the assessment of disease progression. InferRead CT Pneumonia is a tool to assist clinicians and it does not replace the interpretation and diagnosis by clinicians.
Warning:
1) Software installation / upgrade / uninstallation: Software installation / upgrade / uninstallation must be operated by the scientific or technical personnel, or related technical personnel approved by Infervision, so as not to cause issues such as software dysfunction.
2) Warning: the software is only permitted to be used in the LAN network to prevent the leak of patient data.
3) Warning: Users should make sure they have received necessary training provided by Infervision before using the software to prevent misdiagnosis / missed diagnosis.
4) Warning: The software is used for computer aided diagnosis. Do not directly use the software to generate diagnosis reports to prevent misdiagnosis / missed diagnosis.
5) Warning: Please inform Infervision when misdiagnosis / missed diagnosis / delay in diagnosis occurs. If any serious incidents does occur, please report to Infervision and the competent authority in your country in time.
6) Warning: If the Patient ID or Patient Name is missing in the system, please complete the corresponding label and make a diagnosis to avoid mismatch between the patient and the diagnosis result, which could result in misdiagnosis/missed diagnosis.
7) Warning: The suspected pneumonia in the study list is only intended to prioritize cases. Do not directly use the results in the list for diagnosis and the final diagnosis depends on the judgment of clinicians.
8) Warning: The measurement of the software is based on image measurement，not objective measurement.
